Lindsay Oakes LMHC
I specialize in working with clients with anxiety and challenging relationships, as well as parents of troubled teens, guiding them through the often tumultuous journey of understanding and supporting their children. I utilize an integrated approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork. This blend of techniques is designed to address the mind, body, and spirit, facilitating a holistic path to healing and self-discovery.

Zianne Cuff MHC-LP
I aspire to establish a collaborative relationship with my clients, wherein both parties actively contribute toward achieving a shared goal. Navigating the complexities of mental health can be daunting. I want you to know you’re not alone in this journey.
I’m here to offer a helping hand and a listening ear as we work together to address your concerns. Your well-being is my priority, and I’m committed to providing the support and guidance you need.

Jamie Kosaki MHC-LP
I believe the therapeutic process begins to happen by fostering a safe, empowering, and non-judgmental environment. My approach is person-centered and integrative , based on psychodynamic theory and various mindfulness and CBT strategies. I enjoy working with adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and couples experiencing a wide selection of clinical issues. I will work with you to ensure that you feel heard, safe, and motivated while exploring emotions.

Matthew Greenberg, MHC-LP
I offer a calm and supportive ear and sincere optimism. I had been an acupuncturist since 2006, but over the years came to feel the relationships with patients were more healing than the needles. I am now a 44-year-old intern at Wake Forest. My years as a practitioner of Chinese medicine imbues Eastern philosophy into my work as a counselor. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), believing its idea of psychological flexibility, and stepping back from our thoughts, can be a doorway to mental health.
-
Cleveland Oakes, MHC-LP
As a clinician of color who grew up watching Star Trek and reading X-Men, I understand and appreciate the importance of diversity; thus, I embrace people with experiences and backgrounds different from mine. I collaborate to create a safe space for clients who feel marginalized because of their racial, ethnic, or gender identities. My theoretical background is in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. In contrast to more passive therapy, this method focuses on actions and teaches it’s not the problem, but our reaction to the problem.

Cat Lee, Advanced Clinical Intern
As a compassionate and empathetic individual, I aim to foster a safe therapeutic space where your voice is valued and understood.
I am deeply interested in utilizing psychodynamic, mindfulness, and strengths-based modalities when working with young adults and adolescents.

-
Krys Whyte, Advanced Clinical Intern
I strive to foster a robust, supportive relationship, which leads to greater self-awareness and enhances the effectiveness of therapy. I utilize CBT, Existential Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, as each approach can examine how we change our thinking patterns, magnify life's meaning, and help you find the tools to combat life's challenges, respectively. As an empowered member of the LGBTQ+ community, I hope to support clients from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and identities – including those who identify as non-binary and trans.
